Testing Over The Limit

You have been arrested for a DWI and you blew and you blew over the .08 limit. Is your case over? Not by a long shot. In fact, often times when you blow into these machines, the Intoxilyzer 5000, it’s just that, it’s a machine. They are prone to error and they break down all the time. My job as your attorney is to explain to the jury that the machine in question was not working that day or there was something wrong with it, because what amount you blew does not reflect how you look on video.
